Your control panel will let you customize your traffic alerts profile in a few very simple steps. Press "Make Changes" to receive alerts on your cell phone or pager, or to change your settings. A secondary address can be useful to receive email to work in the afternoon, while morning alerts are dispatched to your cell phone or pager (primary address).

Click on the "add segments" or "add places" buttons and we will guide you step by step on how to watch road segments or public places (sports events create heavy traffic!). You can specify a window of time, and choose any day or days of the week. Roads are searched in our database of about 1700 different roadways by entering a keyword. The direction of travel is very important. Watching US-101 N or US-101 S will give you completely different results!

The more specific you are on how you enter your commute, the more effective our service will be. We give you the possibility to enter your commute intersection by intersection, so that you don't watch an irrelevant road portion.
